The new Site Report lets you quickly get a 360 degree view of the health and performance of your production environment websites.  This new report pulls together information about how your website is configured and includes information and links to help you better manage your website.  Reports are created in PDF format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Site Reports are available on Billable production environments that are at least one month old and have at least one Lighthouse report available.  Reports can\u2019t be run on Transferable or Sandbox sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be significant improvements made to the report in the coming months as we add additional report content and options including the ability to have reports delivered to you directly by email on a scheduled basis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Access the Site Report Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Site Report tool for an environment can be accessed in the WP Engine User Portal by all users who have access to the given environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the User Portal<\/a>, select the production environment you want to run a report on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Expand the Insights<\/strong> section in the secondary lefthand menu and click Reports<\/strong>.

    Create a Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To create a report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the Create report<\/strong> button on the Reports page as shown above.
      Reference the below image for the options in the next steps:

    2. Give the report a title so you can recognize it when viewing the list of reports to download in the User Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Check boxes next to each page that you want to include in the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Use the pagination arrows in the top right to see previews of each page with sample content. The preview content is generic just to give you an idea of what type of content will be on the page, and is NOT the content that will be shown in the actual report.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Create report<\/strong> in the bottom right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Wait for the report generation to complete<\/strong>. The report will be created in real-time, so please stay on the page until this process completes. This should take less than a minute.  If you navigate away from the page before the report is created, the process won\u2019t complete and your report will not be created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Download the report<\/strong>. When your report is ready, you\u2019ll be redirected to the main Reports page and your report will appear at the top of the table of reports.\u00a0 Click the download link to download your report.
